Repetition of direct pronounThe use of repeated pronouns like in "la música la hemos usado ..." always confuses me. Is the extra 'la' here because the object is at the start of the clause, so it would translate literally as: "music, we have always used it ..."?

Why is it muchos años I understood mucho stays singular in front of a noun. I assume it is mucho fruta y verduras because it is a group.

Para que other meaning tan… como

Puedo escribir lo que quiera y no es tan agobiante como para que me lo encuentre dificilísimo y no quiera continuar. = I can write what I want and it’s not so overwhelming that I find it very difficult and do not want to continue. My question is why is para que used here? Does it carry the meaning of in order to, so that? Because translation shows otherwise not indicating the subordinate clause as goals. And tan… Como is used here. Does it have another meaning when used with para que ?

Question about use of relative pronouns "la que" and "las que"

In the third sentence, would it be correct to say: "Mi mejor amiga se apunta rápidamente a estos programas."? Does it take something away from the meaning by saying it the way I wrote it?

In the fourth sentence, would the sentence be correct if I eliminate "son las que"?

I'm not trying to take anything away from the "style" of the writing or from the grammatical importance of the use of these relative pronouns, but I just want to know if the use of these relative pronouns is more about a certain style of writing or if they are grammatically necessary.
