Vosotras or ellas

For the question: Tengo dos compañeras simpáticas y salgo ________ cada viernes. I have two nice colleagues and I go out with them every Friday. (HINT: female colleagues)

Why isn't the answer "vosotras"? Wouldn't these colleagues be familiar enough? They go out for lunch every Friday!

With traer, not seen in examples

Having read the lesson, the mini test asked me to select the right gerund of traer. While I chose correctly, it wasn't clear from the lesson wether or not it should be with the 'y' or not, so traiendo or trayendo.

What part of the lesson did I not recognise in which category to fit 'traer' ?

Would the present subjunctive ever be permissible in these constructions or only the imperfect subjunctive?

You didn't need me to take you to the station.... per answer, needs subjunctive. But it doesn't appear to be a directive to me ?! Please explain this.

We gave the boys some sandwiches.

In an A2 test the answer to "We gave the boys some sandwiches." was "nosotros dimos a los niños unos bocadillos".

I´m still learning indirect object pronouns, why doesn't this have "les" before dimos?

current opinion about past completed past actions

Hola Inma,

I have a question about present tense opinions of completed past actions. I know the for the English phrase, "I don't think we have done anything wrong to regret", one says, "No creo que hayamos hecho nada malo para arrepentirnos." However, if one changes the English phrase to, "I don't think we had done anything wrong to regret", shouldn't the translation change to, "No creo que hubieramos hecho nada malo para arrepentirnos"? Google does not change el preterito perfecto de subjuntivo to el pluscuamperfecto de subjuntivo for this nuance. I think it should. Don't know if this is addressed anywhere else on this site. Can you comment for my benefit?

How to change the modal verb Lidia tuvo que ser atendida por el director del hotel.Lidia had to be taken care of by the hotel director.Ellas han tenido que ser acompañadas a casa porque era muy tarde.They had to be accompanied home because it was very late.
Why the modal verb in the first word used to tuvo que, rather than same with the second word modal verb when they mean was both had to ???
