word synonyms?

Hello, I used a couple of words that were not accepted, but I thought that they were synonyms, can you please check?

cotidiana = diaria?

bus = autobús?

I just finished the exercise and „cotidiana“ was marked as wrong and instead „diaria“ was suggested. I also used „usualmente“ instead of „generalmente“ and it got flagged as wrong
