Couldn't you use lograr for "to achieve"?
Freeform Writing Exercise B2
I got caught on lograr as well and would welcome the teachers comments. I went searching and found that it can mean "achieve" but more from the point of "fulfilling" or "attaining" or "getting what you desire." I think the point here is to achieve a sales target which would be a numerical figure so it would be good to know why conseguir is better. Perhaps both work????
