Can you explain to me when to use hace, when to use hay?

This lesson seems to be completely ambiguous: sentir - "what" we feel. 

sentirse - "how" we feel, not what we feel. 

Cada vez que veo esa película siento escalofríos. How do I feel? -  "shivery"

Ella siente pena por la gente pobre. How do I feel? -  "sympathetic"

Me siento emocionada por la generosidad de la gente. - What do I feel? - "emotion"

Surely there has to be a better set of rules for differentiating sentir from sentirse.

there is a sentence in the notes where it says 

'Hablo con ella cuando llega a casa. = I will speak with her when she gets home.'

Since this is a non general statement of using cuando, but a future specified situation, shouldn't we use subjuntive? there is a note on this. are is this the same thing but different point of view?

Hablo con ella cuando llegue a casa. 

In one quiz answer it marked me wrong for choosing “Se llama [girl’s name],” saying I should have chosen “Ella se llama…” Then in the next quiz I chose “Él se llama” and it was marked wrong, saying I should have chosen “Se llama.” I’m confused, what is the difference?

I just don´t see a definitive way of knowing when to use ser or estar in relationships. Can you help?

I was looking for more practice.  I can't seem to find "fill in the blanks" for mucho, muchas, Muy and so on. The Kwiz only offers a sentence or two. Do you have a section just for intensifiers themselves?

Could this also be stated as? ...

¡Anda, qué bien te han hecho en la peluquería!

Or is that rude? I probably wouldn't have thought to use dejado.
