Whi are no commas after rebanadas de pan duro 3 litros de caldo de carne etc when she is mentioning some of the ingredients. Some have commas but others like I mentioned do not?

The first sentence in this paragraph (horrible run-on that it was) contained OVER 70 WORDS; whereas the second and third contained 6 and 9 words respectfully. I mention this because it was quite a challenge to determine when to insert the correct punctuation (i.e., period versus a comma) during this dictation. In short, this was by far the worse dictation to listen to and attempt to discern (by the speaker's intonation) when to insert ending punctuation! Please do better.
I encountered this in a video:
John es estudiante. Roger es UN estudiante también.
Why does the article appear when también is added? Is this correct? If so, what is the explanation?
(Google translate also adds the indefinite article when también is used.)

hum thinking about al mes and a la semana wondering why
Voy para la casa de mi amigo. Is the use of para in this case particular to Spain? IN Mexico and New Mexico(where I live) I'm pretty sure the sentence would use the prepossition "a" as in Voy a la piscina.

This triggers subjunctive. may i ask if this is because this sentence is asking for advice?
Because i remember that only negative construction of opinions will trigger subjunctive, for example i dont think that = no creo que..
or is this understanding of mine wrong too?

There is a lot to unpack in this lesson and I'm finding parts of it quite difficult to comprehend. For example, I see three forms of traer used in examples that express "we." Also examples for "can we have" that do not contain a conjugation of "poder."
Also I don't know where to find explanations of the different tenses, preteritos, etc. of both traer and llevar that are used in this lesson, so a link to the related lesson would help us out. Thank you. I can tell this was a difficult one to put together and I appreciate your effort.
