What about "llegar a ser", a common way of saying become in some contexts?

Also, what about when become, unlike in all the examples above, is not to do with people? E.g. The weather is becoming cold. The situation became very serious. I think these can be more difficult to resolve than the ones about people.

What about reflexive verbs as ways of saying become, e.g. enfadarse (to become angry)?

Hi there, some of these B2 lessons are very very big. I wondered if splitting them into two or more parts would help us students more? This lesson is long, but even so, at the end, there are many other examples that are just summarised.

I understand the use of the subjunctive after 'querer que' but why is this case is 'you' translates as you all (vosotros) and not you singular form? I makes sense if the statement was 'I want you all to back at my side '....

This distinction also appears in the lesson. 

El padre le da la receta a la señorita. Senorita was the indirect object noun, why add to “le” in front of the da？And,：Qué le hace el médico al enfermo? Enfermo was also the indirect object noun, why add to “le”?

And, ：Le receta el médico al enfermo unas pastillas? Enfermo was also the indirect object noun, why add to “le”?

Bear in mind, though, that when this is used with the verb tener or haber, then you can add "de". For example:

No había nada de irónico en mis comentarios.
