Hi

Could the above sentence be written without 'sobre'?  As it would then be similar to the English sentence.  If not what difference does sobre make to the meaning of the sentence?

Como estan los cuidades en Paraguay?

como son los calles y casas en Paraguay?

I'm new. I'm a beginner and wish to learn Castilian Spanish (including the pronunciation). I just took the first lesson (above). It has "confirm" buttons after all the lines, but they all lead to an error message. And I took the "test" but it was only two questions. What is going on? Seriously, a test with only two questions? And what are the non-functional "confirm" buttons even for? Oh, and the pronunciation does NOT use Castilian Spanish in the examples where I paid attention for that.

 It says ' Do you prefer to wait sitting or standing' and I had to fill in the gap for prefer/preferir.

 ' Usted prefiere esperar de pie o sentado?' 

I don't understand how prefiere is the answer and not prefieres

I can't speak for Europe or Australia but I can tell you that in the U.S. no one is ever going to say, "We've seen the singer sign autographs to the fans." The correct construction for this verb is to sign autographs FOR fans...not to the fans. If I heard someone say  this I would assume they were not a native speaker of English. 

Why is the usage of nosotros as above been marked wrong

Hi, I was trying to make sure I translated something correctly and put the phrase “after school I go home” into a translator and it translated to “despues de la escuela me voy a casa” but the yo didn’t change to me when going other places. What caused the change?
