In this statement, just wondering why there is the preposition after llamamos?

Después de la fiesta llamamos a un taxi.

I know we have a lesson on prepositions for movement verbs, and guess this comes under the 'purpose' part of that?

Do you have any resources (or planned) to go into this a bit more?

Why have you used the infinitive of 'salir' in this sentence, rather than 'salimos'?

Just wondering about this statement:

Sometimes verbs giving advice / order can be followed by an infinitive. In this case, "que" shouldn't be used.

I haven't worked that one out yet - would you be able to embellish the circumstances, please?

Is it a certain nuance between saying "I want to eat" and "I want that I could eat?"

I'm a little confused here!

In terms of usage, can había considered to be the the past tense of hay? Había  =There was' vs. Hay = 'there is'?

In the question "Yo no loraría aunque me [dejar]", with the hint that it is a hypothetical situation, it's clear that the subjunctive should be used. But why is it wrong to use the present subjunctive "dejes", and is only the imperfect "dejaras" correct?

What is the difference between this and the sentence Voy a salir después aunque llueva mucho.  which is in the lesson  "Aunque + el presente vs el presente de subjunctivo"?

Is it because of the conditional?

Why is there an "s" when asking "Como te llamas?" but not for "Como se llama usted?" I understand that usted is formal, but why the change in llama(s)?

Why is Cómo estás? wrong when the question asks for all possible answers for asking an elderly man? What if an elderly man is asking another elderly man?

In the first sentence, is it possible to omit the “de” ? ie, “escoger entre todas las fiestas” ?

If so, does the nuance of the meaning change at all?
