Is it my imagination, or is the speaker saying "yo soy debajo" instead of "yo soy bajo"? 

Can you place the adjective first, like this? If not, why not?

Sevilla es una de las más bonitas ciudades de España.

It would seem that "foggy" is an adjective and therefore está would be used instead of hay.  This one is really confusing for me.

Why it's "las" before dos ...tres..etc

And before una it's "la"

In this item:  "Era recomendable que fuéramos juntos a la excursión" why is "fuéramos" and not "vayamos" used for the translation "It was recommended that we go together on the trip."?
