Shouldn't the first answer be Estoy deseando, not Tengo qanas de?
Two sentences from today's lessons for me:
1. ?Vosotras pudisteis reservar ese hotel tan barato?
2. Lo he visto a él primero, y después de ella.
In both sentences, the accented stress on the recording is on the last syllable of the last word. I like to listen to all the sentences without looking and make sure I understand what is said. This pronunciation fools me every time. Why is it not on the penultimate syllable? Is this regional?
The bank WOULD lend, therefore should this not be conditional eg El banco te PRESTARÍA más dinero?
The sample sentences in all of the lessons are too fast when the sentences are long and complex, even for advanced students. I have to use a separate text to speech app at a slightly reduced speed in order to fully understand them. They are not just speaking at normal speed, but at a very high speed. (In my considered opinion)
thank you, James
It is quite fascinating - and interesting - to learn some of the "nicknames" given to people who live in certain cities - here: Huesca > oscenses. A few of them cannot easily be guessed, such as Huelva > onubenses.
I keep trying to learn different grammar points, but all I ever get is VERB tests after VERB test. What is wrong with this program!!!!!
What type of usage would this be for le… if it was “le preocupa” or “le alegra” etc. Like “le alegra que ella haya dicho si a una cita” or “y hay otras cosas que le alegran” what is the le in these sentences or who is? Lastly “y le gustan muchas cosas de su perfil” thank you!
Hi, when I took this exercise, I was unsure who was the subject of the third part, as Rocío Jurado had been mentioned in part two, it lead me to belive that part three was talking about him. Is it just me, or could you add a note to say that part three refers back to Gloria? Thanks
