Hi, from previous discussions I understands there's no easy to identify "ser" and "estar", however may I confirm "en" must come with "estar". And if I see "a/al" it must come with "ir" (ir and ser have same El Pretérito Indefinido)?

I don't understand why some of these phrases have "de" or "que" in parentheses - what does this mean?
antes (de) que (before), con tal (de) que (provided that), mientras (que)
Are there certain times when you would use the words in parentheses or not use them? I'm confused as to why this isn't explained.

In the quiz I just did, the question was: “¡Qué ________ tiene ese hombre!” and the answer was manazas. Is there a reason that Mano with an “o” ending becomes Manazas and not Manazos? Is it simply because Mano is feminine even though it ends with an “o”?

Hi. Why is the indirect object pronoun used in for example. “Le encanta la peli” When in English the the phrase “She loves the film” suggests the use of the Direct object pronoun. As in the “The film delights her.”

On this exercise the question is
He pedido a la mensajería que ........... el paquete por la tarde/ I have asked the delivery company to deliver the parcel in the afternoon.
The hint is to conjugate the ellos form of entregar in El Presente de Subjuntivo.
Why is this to be in the plural form and not singular? As it states la mensajería/ the company which is singular.
