So on the test it says...

________ helados cuestan dos euros. The ice cream cost two euros.HINT: helados is masculineAnd says the correct answer is "Los".So, is ice cream plural or something? Or is it a testing mistake?

Hola Marshal,

We've actually changed that sentence because the work "ice-cream" may be used in singular even when it is referring to it in plural, in English. So, to avoid confusion we changed the noun.

Gracias y un saludo,

Inma

It's like English. You can say icecream or icecreams. So helado is one icecream and estan is plural so use helado.
