I can't see the difference in meaning between the English of the first and second examp;es in the lesson, so how can I decode on Indicative or Subjubctive?
in one of the examples,
Verás, el chico se va a enfadar y va a coger y le va a dar un puñetazo.
You'll see, the guy is going to get cross and he's going to go and give him a punch.
where does 'se va + a' comes from? is this irse with other meanings?
Could you direct me to the appropriate lesson?
thanks
How is "HINT: Dolores ___ en su juventud" a hint? :)
Hi, sometimes a blue pencil appears when I submit a question. What does it mean? Thanks, Shirley.
A esto libro le faltan dos paginas. I found this sentence and him confused why we use a with it
So the right answer to this was marked conozco. Why isn't it conozca?
Creo que no te conozco. ¿Cómo te llamas?
(I don't think I know you well. What's your name?)
It appears you have so many more prompts with “no... todavía” than with “todavía no.” Does that mean in real life “no... todavía” is more common? Most people use it?
The audio is “Le dije que podía usar su movil cuando terminase su deberes...”
The written statement is ”Podría usar su movil cuando...”
Does the imperfect also trigger the imperfect subjunctive? Or is podía in the audio incorrect?
Thanks
Shirley
