A huge thank you to Inma and all the other super teachers we have at our beck and call here in Kwiziq land. Inma et.al, you have the patience of saints!

My request: I have mentioned this before but feel that I need to bring it up again...

Please, when we are asking for assistance from the teachers can we all be mindful of 'manners'. A simple 'Hi', a 'please could you help me with...' and then just a simple 'thank you' in advance or when help has been given.

Hoping that definite article use is also on your upcoming list! (I find that the deployment of them isn't directly explained anywhere on Kwiqiz, and I really trust your teaching)

I was wondering why "tambien" is not included in one of the ways of saying “also” in the following:

"Also, the current schedule makes it difficult to reconcile work and rest

Kwizbot     Asimismo, el horario actual hace difícil conciliar el trabajo y el descanso 
You   También,"

When speaking of a location, such as the Canary Islands, would it not be the more permanent ser and not estar. I guess I don't have a clear understanding of the to verbs.

She has been working there

Ella he hecho trabajado ayahtrabaja allá 

Ella trabaja allí 

Question re: So as to not fall in the water.

Kwizbot     para que no nos caigamos en el agua.
You   para que no caernos en el agua.

You could also say: para no caernos en el agua.

I was very curious to see that  the “que” was dropped  in the 2nd answer.  

Could you please explain why?   And why it is needed in the first sentence and would not be used in my answer.
