¿Qué es la diferencia entre las palabras rincón y esquina?
¿Qué es la diferencia entre las palabras rincón y esquina?
Hola Inma,
In the example: "Esta tarde ayudo a mi madre en el jardín", the point in time when the statement is occurring seems important. Can it not be "esta tarde" at the time of the statement, which would make it the continuous present (even though that tense is not being used, just as the future tense is not being used)? Or is the present tense simply not used in this way?
Yo creo que la palabra ella es una combinación de las palabras el y la. Similarmente, la palabra ellos es una combinación de las palabras el y los y también la palabra nosotros es una combinación de las palabras nos y otros y también la palabra vosotros es una combinación de las palabras vos y otros. Me parece que son similares con el tipo de palabras en inglés llamada contracciones. Yo espero que yo tengo razón pero no estoy seguro de este. Por favor me explique.
As the question did not specify of give a hint as to whether "You" was formal or informal or even singular or plural, there are 4 possible corect answers and the computer chose only informal singular.
Hello, thanks for this excellent tool for learning Spanish!
My question is about the use of pero in a second sentence. Should this be explained as a second clause rather than a second sentence since the examples use one sentence?
Hola a todos,
Solo decir, Feliz Navidad y próspero año!
Gracias por todo
Clara
I was just wondering if there are any new languages planned for release in the near future. I have read (I think it was on Twitter) that German, Italian and Portuguese were potentially in the works.
If so, that would be excellent news, as KwizIQ is definitely one of the best language resources out there!!
Kwizbot Llamamos inmediatamente a la recepción/ a recepción
You Inmediamente llamabamos a la receptión
(Hightlights are for my info in keeping track of my mistakes and corrections)
I was wondering if you could refer me to a lesson that goes over placement of adverbs - I looked at the lesson re this section, but it didn’t mention placement, just how to form it. And also how to know when to use the article and to not use in "a la recepción/ a recepción"
Thank you.
Nicole
When I ask a question I would like to see if other people have asked a similar question, but when I try to search for my question, no search is done; I am only allowed to ask a new question.
Gracias, Jaime
