Hello,
"compramos unas flores", "cenamos unas arepas" - is it possible to use "algunas" instead of "unas" in these examples? I've read the lessons on them but the difference between these two is still not clear for me.

Apparently a verb after "she and I" is conjugated as "we" (nosotros).
This is never really explained, though it appears numerous times in test questions (the explanatory material only re-iterates the original lesson).

I'll spend some time on this exercise because I find these uses of "se" to be very interesting.

Hola Inma, I have been trying to work out why both direct and indirect objects are present here.
I can't find a reference for a pronominal form of pensar, but on doing the exercise a second time, I noticed that the lesson for the se aspectual was listed as being relevant. Poder isn't given as one of the verbs that typically can take this construction, but does this explain why the reflexive pronoun is being used here, making the verb poder more "intense / complete" as explained in the example of "irse" in the lesson; .... or is there another explanation altogether. Maybe this is covered in a lesson I haven't gotten to yet, but can you explain how "ni siquiera" is functioning in this sentence?

I'm confused about the use of imperfect tense (éramos) in this sentence below, rather than preterite (fuimos). I understand the knocking on the door as a specific, completed action that took place at a specific point in time, which I understand as characteristic of preterite (We knocked on the door/It was us who knocked on the door.). I understand the use of imperfect to discuss ongoing, continuous actions, so I'm confused in this example, because a knock is not an ongoing action that continues over time. I'm sure I'm missing something in my understanding; I'd appreciate some advice! Gracias!

"I am a Gemini" would be a better English translation for this exercise. I use standard American English. :)
