Hola Inma,
1) El hecho de que no haya.
Why do you use subjunctive here? I thought el hecho is refering to something real (la falta de la oferta).
2) .... hasta que pueden dejar la casa de sus padres.
In this case (future action) i would use the subjunctive. Would it be wrong?
¡Feliz año nuevo!

Am I right in thinking that this form of relative cannot be used at all after a preposition?
Hi, do we use 'a' or 'en' for months? eg Which month is it now?
Shouldn't it be Quema calorías limpiando, not limpiado?
How do we know if a noun is masculine or feminine in Spanish if it a new word to us? Is there a clue I am missing or is it just a guess?
I answered "alguno," but apparently the answer is "algunos." I don't understand why based on this quote from the lesson. Thanks!
"Sometimes, when alguno and alguna are used in affirmative sentences, it has the nuance of "some random something/someone", "one or two" or "the odd one". The idea is non-specific in number and can refer to one or more items. It does agree in gender but not in number: even if it refers to a plural noun, the pronoun is in the singular form, not the plural form."
pro ejemplo
Él fue alpinista en su juventud
Él era alpinista en su juventud
Cuál es corecto?Por qué_
This is very poorly worded. Oír means to hear, NOT can hear NOR is able to hear, so why have you asked can hear in the question?
Now I don't know whether to use poder (conjugated) + oír or oír because I don't know whether you are asking me can hear or hear.
Present + desde hace ...
Hace ... que + present
------
Imperfect + desde hacía ...
Hacía ... que + Imperfect
