Hola. How do express the difference between "The students must not use a calculator" (in the examples), and "The students DON"T HAVE TO use a calculator." which has a very different meaning. Thank you!
Are ´con tal de que´and ´a condición de que´ interchangeable ?
Pensé que "encontrarse con" significaba un encuentro planeado mientras que "encontrarse a" significaba un encuentro casual. ¿Estoy equivocado?
Is "suficiente" known more for "enough of" just like adequate and is bastante more known for "plenty" like enough, but more than just enough? I saw a native say suficiente go on about how they use suficiente=enough and bastante=plenty. I believe you can use suficiente before and after the noun, although with bastante is it only before the noun?
In a sentence like:
"I believe that Juan does NOT have the book.", which is correct?:
Creo que Juan no tiene el libro. o
Creo que Juan no tenga el libro.
