Hola Inma! Why we said para el ninos not por el ninos? I am still getting confused between both of them. Thank you!
How do I know when a noun is masculine or feminine?
Do I go off the last letter of the noun? Like planta and idea end in 'a' so I use una, but if it ends in an 'o' or any other letter besides 'a' then I say un.
Hola Inma,
Me gustan mucho tus explicaciones y ejemplos.
Podrías quizás también explicar el uso de volverse?
Saludos,
Eva

Is it incorrect to not use the contraction in Spanish. Whereas, in English, it is NOT incorrect to not use the contraction. For example, "do not" is as acceptable as "don't." Is "a el" acceptable, or incorrect? Thank you.
Should the 2nd example above not have read ' you may well have been ill' without the 'as' which would be said in different circumstances e,g, you may as well have been ill for all the good you did ??
