No entiendo por qué la traducción de "por los propios festeros" será "by party-goers themselves"

"festero" significa "party-goer"??

I don't understand what the following excerpt from the lesson is supposed to mean:

Can you please clarify what this means in prose rather than abreviated notation?

Pelicula (singular) in the above has an accent in the first sentence but not in the third sentence. Is there a reason for this?

Consejo(s) is used twice in the exercise. At first, the impression is that this is a singular word (consejo) in Spanish where it would be plural in English (tips). But later at the end it used in the plural (consejos) for the plural. This seems confusing to me.

Both answers are correct and based on the response from Inma, the correct answers should be " El Pretérito Perfecto". Please revise this lesson to make it clear as to which answer you want maybe by prefacing each question with "In Latin America".

I was wondering how ir + gerund compares with andar + gerund?

"los adultos les dan caramelos, monedas o aceptan el trato"

Did you intend "aceptan el truco" ?

The translation of the above is given as “Come up here without stepping on the white floor tiles.” This sounds like an imperative, so would it be one of the appropriate conjugations ¡Ve/Vea! etc? Or is it a typo?
