I am having a hard time learning all the past tenses and when to use what. Does anyone have a good advise on how to make it less complicated?

Why in the 1st sentence does the noun precede and why in the 2nd sentence does the adjective precede?

Aquel hombre pobre no tiene dinero. (Poor)

Aquel pobre hombre era muy desgraciado. (Disgraced)

The only distinction I see is the different quality described by each adjective.

It would be useful to use single spacing in this edit window. It would be a more efficient use of space, minimizing the need to scroll. I am obsessed with formatting.

Two identical lessons:  One headed tan.... como in the index and the other headed tanto .....como.   but same "tanto.... cpomo..." lesson in both.

1) I wrote "quince" instead of "15". This was regarded wrong but I think it should be accepted.

2) From the way the text is read, it is not always easy to discern it it is followed by a comma or a point.

3) It was not possible to get the spanish inverted exclamation sign by pressing long on the exclamation sign?

The final sentence is given in English as "He will be very happy with us!" 

The Hint for the this sentence is "Manchitas is going to be so happy with us."

The final translation drops the word Manchitas, and replaces the word "so" with "very" per the first sentence: Va a ser muy feliz con nosotros." This leaves a lot of room for errors.

Por lo general el video es bueno pero la presentadora no hace caso a la pronunciación. No pedi diferenciar unas palabras.

La transcripción tiene un error en la última oración : "....comentar Éste...".

In the dictado exercise Carbón (A2) there is a sentence, I was very good, Yo fui buenísima that corrects to fuí with a tilde yet I can find no source that uses a tilde with fui. Is this an error? Also the word buenísima does not appear in my New World Spanish/English dictionary, if I Google buenísima it reverse translates to muy bien but this exchanges a adjective for a adverb. What's going on here?
