How do we know to use para ser vs para una?

These answer options all have a capital "J" for the month "Julio". Debo coger vacaciones en Julio. Queréis coger vacaciones en Julio. Debéis coger vacaciones en Julio. Podéis coger vacaciones en Julio. Months in spanish are usually not capitalised unless at the beginning of a sentence or have I missed something?
Can this also mean ´order them for yourself´ or ´yourselves´ in a formal
situation?
The example below seems to be in the wrong lesson. Shouldn't the ustedes example be using "huyen" for El presente, not this:
Ustedes huyeron muy rápido
