I want to make sure I understand the lesson correctly--so continuar is never used with an infinitive, as it is in English? It is only correct to use it with a gerund?

In English they say that becoming proficient with transitive and intransitive verbs further includes knowing how they function with direct and indirect objects.
1) I'm wondering if this applies as well in Spanish and if so
2) how can we use this and which lessons cover this particular subject.?

Sounds like referring to a male person. Why don't you use ello here, since it's about a mountain?

In the example ' Segun lo que me dijo Manuel, todo parecia ir bien' the verb is translated in the present tense. Isn't 'parecia' the imperfect?
When and how is "habian" used?
Hi. Why is the indirect object pronoun used in for example. “Le encanta la peli” When in English the the phrase “She loves the film” suggests the use of the Direct object pronoun. As in the “The film delights her.”
Is it possible to bold the accent marks or make them in red? I can't really tell if it is a dot over a letter or an accent mark.

As you can see both options work in this context, and I can use lots of examples like this but to understand the difference we need sentences which cannot work as both options
