La verdad no entiendo como funciona este ejercicio..... hay un texto con una grabación, entonces el proposito es que los alumnos escuchen y mejoren su pronunciación?
Why is this being translated "menos entresantes que" in this test, but was translated "menos entresante que" in the exact same question earlier today?
Correct sentence in English should read...
It would be better if you talked to the lawyer first
Thanks, Kaly
My answer was "está"The correct answer was "hace"
In the above question, I think both answers should be considered correct:está (in this case frío is an adjective)and hace (in this case frío would be a noun)
Why am I wrong?
Can’t “vamos a continuar derecho” be used instead of recto? And aren’t carretera and autopista the same thing?
Thanks.
When I hear the phrase "la falda es bonita", it sounds like "la fine-da ...". I would expect to hear something like "foul-da". Do you agree? I have to admit it has taken me years and a pair of good hearing aids to make progress with hearing Spanish pronunciation. Thank you for your excellent Spanish learning application!
Extremely poor designation on this question! Either Ahí or Allí should be accepted since there is no way of knowing the even approximate distance by stating "phone conversation." A phone conversation can be held between people living in the same city, in which Ahí would be appropriate, or in another country, in which case Allí should be used.
I would really like to know why Progress goes to such lengths to make ideas as confusing as possible. NO ONE in any language that I have ever studied goes to such lengths to "explain" a use that a student is ever likely to hear again.
