I continue to have exactly the same problem as the users below. Your team really needs to fix this.
Using the pluperfect subjunctive in hypothetical clauses (si) followed by the perfect conditional/ the pluperfect subjunctive
I have answered these questions correctly many, many times and I can't get 100%. I was at 92% but after answering correctly ten times it took me back to 88%. Please check?
Hi, in a C1 quiz I just took, the question was the following and I entered the subjunctive as the answer (hubiera estado) but was marked wrong. I don't understand why.
Si le hubiesen admitido en el equipo, él ________ contentísimo.If you'd let him join the team, he'd have been thrilled.(HINT: use verb "estar")habría estadohubiera estadoAren't either of these options correct according to this lesson?

When I look at these two examples from the English to the Spanish there is no clear indication of why the pluscuamperfecto de subjuntivo is being used vs. the condicional.
Si no hubiésemos comprado esta casa, hubiésemos tenido más dinero para vacaciones.
If we hadn't bought this house, we would have had more money for holidays.
Si no hubiéramos comprado esta casa habríamos tenido más dinero para vacaciones.
If we hadn't bought this house we would have had more money for holidays.
I have only now noticed that I read 'brought' for 'bought', but the rest of my question stands.
It seems to me that there are examples of both Indicative and subjunctive for the main clause in the lesson, yet when I use indicative in the tests it is always marked wrong. Please explain.
