Ustedes tiene was marked incorrect, as it is optional to used ustedes, it should be marked correct as in the
lessons it was stated as both to be correct!

It would have been correct if it said "usted tiene", but the pronoun is in plural "ustedes" and that is then incorrect with"tiene". You need: usted tiene or ustedes tienen
I hope it clarified it.
