DESDE CÚANDO
- ¿Desde cuándo fumas? -Desde hace dos años.- Since when have you smoked? - Since two years ago. The correct tense for this question, in English, is: -Since when HAVE YOU BEEN smoking.

We ran this through our native English team and they can't see any incorrectness in the translation used "Since when have you smoked?" as an equivalent of "How long have you smoked?". We are using "since when...?" to reflect more literally what we use in Spanish: "Desde cuando...?"
