ser + para + time

Question

I think this lesson could be improved by including some information about using ser + para + the due date. I was thrown off by that in one of the quiz questions because even knowing to use "para" for a due date, using "ser para" to say something like "is due by" is not very clear or obvious.

Thanks for your suggestion. You’re absolutely right that ser + para + time (e.g. La tarea es para mañana) is very commonly used to express due dates and that this structure may not feel obvious if the lesson only focuses on para as a deadline marker.
In Spanish, using ser para is a natural way to say something “is due by” a certain date, so we agree that it would be helpful to make this connection more explicit in the lesson. We’ll review the content and look at adding a clearer explanation and example to cover this usage.
