Are the other constructios in the green box synonymous with por lo tanto/así que?

Why is not puede in Subjuntivo, since it follows por lo tanto?

Hi, I have a question concerning this text: 

"at the beginning of the 17th century,"

a comienzos del siglo XVII, 

why is the plural used here and not the singular? 

What rules/lesson pertain to this?

Google translates the sentence in question: "Because I think it's an interesting instrument"

leaving out the "that" in the original text. 

       Would it be incorrect to have the “que es” here?  How do I find out how to work the  “magic” of

Re: Por la mañana desayuno a las nueve.

I noticed in the above that the structure of the sentence is quite different. 

Could it also be: Desayuno a las nueve por la mañana.

If yes/or no why and what would the difference in meaning.

Are there any rules/lessons concerning this?

Interesting lesson!

I noticed a simple memory trick:  use dónde with verbs, donde with nouns.

That is:

   [verb] + dónde

   [noun] + donde

I would like to ask if this construction is often used in Spanish. Is it in some cases interchangeable with cuando? Can it also mean immediately after? E.g. : al regresar del museo me tumbé en la cama? Al plus infinitive seems to be a very convenient construction.

My question:

Can you use both “todo” and “toda” here, and if so, why?

Also could you say “ver todo a Barcelona”?
