The page on the subjunctive does not address using these subjunctives interchangeably. I learned that when the subjunctive trigger is in the present tense ( no está seguro) and the event being considered is in the past ( won the competition), the present perfect subjunctive is called for. Do you have a lesson the the distinction?
Notice how for all these verbs, the vowel -e- from the infinitive that is closer to the end of the word becomes -i- except in the nosotros and vosotros forms.

I come to it after the test question:Sinceramente, ________ odio de ti es tu frialdad. Honestly, what I hate about you is your coldness.I thougth the answer to be la que, because it is la frialdad. But probably i am wrong.
