why aren't you teaching me latin spanish?

Question

Why does my lesson include 'vosotros'/'sois'and other lessons from European Spanish.  I am trying to learn Latin Spanish and have set my account to Latin Spanish.  This is very confusing if you actually try to teach me a different language to the one that I chose.

Hola Paul,
No matter which type of Spanish you have chosen to learn, most learning items are shared and apply equally to both regional variations.
For this reason, if you have chosen Latin American Spanish you will still see vosotros (for instance in verb tables, lesson examples, in exercises like audio and video bilingual readers) but you will no longer be tested on vosotros in any questions, kwizzes, gapfills or writing challenges.

Under "examples and resources" are examples that are in the wrong form of spanish.

??? mine didn't came with that and I think you have to learn formal Spanish first maybe u can learn latin Spanish after your Spanish formal test , well I think so .
