Translation of "deporte"

No hago deporte.  I don't exercise.:
I think that "deporte" in Latin American Spanish should be translated as:  I don't play sports or I don't do sports.

Or, the word "deporte" should be substituted with "ejercicio."

Hola Dianna

I've changed it to "No hago ejercicio" as suggested to keep a more literal translation.

Be aware though that in Spain, if someone says "Yo no hago deporte", in a general conversation about leading a healthy life or not, etc, this is a way of saying that you don't do any exercise at all, so the word "deporte" here has a more amplified meaning to "any kind of exercise including sports, classes, etc".

Gracias y saludos

In the quiz the correct translation for "I don't drink coke" is given as "Yo no bebo". In the lesson there is no mention that the "yo" needs to come first.

Hola Mirco

Yes, there was a bit of information missing. That's just been added to the lesson.
