"Tiene" or "Tiene usted" for formal

________ un nieto muy simpático.You have a very nice grandson.(HINT: You are talking to an elderly person with respect.)

Bot says, it is "Tiene" but i prefered to say "Tiene usted". Isn´t mine is correct ?

Both "tiene" and "tiene usted" are correct. I checked and both answers are marked as correct in the system for that question. I tried to find your test where you came across that question but I couldn't find it. If you had any other feedback as you said and it was marked wrong, could you send us a screenshot maybe? or tell us which day you did that test?
