Should English translation not be “the” work.

El ordenador funciona tan lentamente que no puedo terminar el trabajo.
The computer is so slow that I can't finish my work.

Thanks for your feedback!

That would indeed be the literal translation, but it sounds much more natural to say "my work" in this context than "the work". We do tend to use more literal translations at lower levels, but this is a B2 subject.
