Does this construction have the same meaning as Por mí que... or does it mean something else? It also looks like it takes the indicative rather than the subjunctive though. For example:
Por mí como si te atragantas con la magdalena.
Por mí como si...

yes, it does.
Por mí que ... +present subjunctive
Por mí como si... + present indicative
"Por mí como si" doesn't admit the present subjunctive
