Es posible?

One of the possible answers for a kwiz question was "Es posible que hace frío hoy". Why wouldn't this be a correct sentence?

that sentence with "es posible que..." would need the subjunctive to be correct:

Es posible que haga frío hoy.

We have a lesson explaining the need of the subjunctive after statements using:

Ser + adjective + que
