Instead of 'En caso de que tengas un problema...' is it possible to say 'Si tengas un problema...' whilst retaining the same meaning?

Hola Gavin 

Funny enough you can't, despite having the same meaning as "en caso de que" is also a conditional conjunction meaning "if". However, in the "si" clauses, the subjunctive we never use is the present subjunctive, so you need the present indicative. This same sentence would be:

Si tienes un problema, llámanos para ayudarte.
