Spanish regular -ar verbs in the present indicative are also regular in the present subjunctive.

To conjugate any regular -ar Spanish verb in El Presente de Subjuntivo, the stem is the same as the yo form of the present indicative (e.g. yo trabajo) and -o is replaced with:

yo -e
-es
él / ella / Ud. -e
nosotros -emos
vosotros -éis
ellos / ellas / Uds.   -en
Read and listen to these examples:

Ella quiere que yo hable más despacio.She wants me to speak more slowly.

Espero que tú cantes bien.I hope that you sing well.

El doctor le recomienda que camine mucho.The doctor recommends that she walk often.

Tal vez cenemos tarde hoy.We may have dinner late today.

Ella quiere que vosotros trabajéis horas extra.She wants you to work extra hours.

Hay que recoger cuando ellos terminen.We have to tidy up when they finish.

Espero que ustedes visiten muchos monumentos.I hope you visit lots of monuments.

Conjugating regular verb hablar in  El Presente de Subjuntivo in Spanish

With hablar the stem derives from yo hablo:

 REGULAR -AR VERB

vosotros/vosotras

ellos/ellas
ustedes

hablen


Notice how for all these forms -ar verbs switch to using the vowel -e- (whereas -ir and -er verbs switch to using the vowel -a-)!
