The doctor told me that climbing up and down stairs is a physical activity that can provide me with several benefits for my health and fitness. Some benefits of these include cardiovascular exercise, which improves heart and lung health; muscle strengthening, which tones and strengthens parts of the body like the legs and buttocks and finally, calorie burning, which aids in weight loss.
