As the saying goes, New Year, new life, and for that reason I just bought a house. I have paid a deposit of 40% and I have signed the mortgage with the bank. I was a little nervous because it was the first time that I was asking for a mortgage. I have to respect all its clauses and pay the corresponding installment every month over 20 years.
