How to say "nobody" in Spanish
We use the indefinite pronoun nadie to say no one, nobody and not anyone.
Read and listen to these examples:
In the examples above, we use nadie preceded by the negation no + verb. In this case, we translate nadie as not anyone in English. This is because the literal double negative translation of I did not see no one is more correctly translated as I did not see anyone.
In this case, observe that nadie is placed at the front of the sentence meaning no one and nobody in English.
