El Futuro Perfecto is used to express something will have happened. It's easy to form:
yo | habré | |
tú | habrás | |
él | habrá | + past participle |
nosotros | habremos | |
vosotros | habréis | |
ellos | habrán |
It is simply haber in El Futuro Simple plus a past participle.
Read and listen to these examples of irregular verbs conjugated in El Futuro Perfecto:
Habré hecho el examen para la semana que viene.
I will have done the exam by next week.
Habrás dicho la verdad.

Habrá puesto el cuaderno en la estantería.

Mantel is a word stressed on the last syllable. It doesn't have a written accent because as per rules of accentuation in Spanish, it needs to end on a vowel or -n or -s. As it is a different consonant (-l) it doesn't take the written accent. Words that are stressed on the last syllable are called "palabras agudas".
