Spanish -ar verbs that have an o>ue stem change in El Presente have the same stem change in El Presente de Subjuntivo.
Have a look at these two verbs:
soñar (to dream) and volar (to fly)
This table shows two verbs that follow this pattern:

Notice how the -o- from the infinitive has switched to a -ue- in all forms except for nosotros and vosotros.
Their endings are the same as other regular -ar verbs in El Presente de Subjuntivo.
