Can you please explain when to use the future perfect vs the forms of deber in this lesson? Do they all mean the same thing or are there distinct use cases?

I imagine you are referring to this usage of the Futuro Perfecto for suppositions about something that happened in the past.
There is no difference between saying:
Marta habrá ido a casa de Miguel. (supposition)
Marta debe (de) haber ido a casa de Miguel. (supposition)
Marta ha debido de ir a casa de Miguel. (supposition)
All meaning "Marta must have/may have/might have gone to Miguel's."
