Hola Blessed,
In Spanish there are formal and informal ways of addressing people. Usted (you Singular) and Ustedes (You Plural) are formal ways of addressing a person or group of persons.
Vosotros is the plural of "Tu," an informal way of speaking to more than one person. There are good lessons on the formal / informal rules if you search on "Usted." Saludos. John

Hola Blessing
Here you can find a bit more information about these pronouns and a lesson where you can test yourself for tú vs usted. I hope it helps.
Saludos
Inma
