"Se" aspectual?

I wonder why this is referred to as se aspectual, because it can be any reflexive pronoun?

Hola Lara

I think the term "se aspectual" is justified in this case because the presence of the pronoun adds a nuance in terms of "the way the action is developed" and this is what "aspecto" refers to grammatically.
