I am having trouble with these. I was thinking "con el que", "para el que", etc meant "... which" as in 5124
and that "con lo que" and "de lo que", etc. meant "... what", as in 5125.
But then I missed some questions because I used "con el que" instead of the correct "con lo que". Can you help me out?

el que, la que, los que, las que are normally translated as "who" or "which", depending on whether the relative is referring to a thing or a person, for example:
La universidad para la que trabajé es bastante famosa.
The university which I worked for is quite famous.
but
La señora para la que trabajaba me ha despedido.
The lady I was working for [for whom I was working] has fired me.
And if we use "lo que", then it's normally "what":
No sé de lo que hablas.
I don't know what you are talking about.
