The translation is 'cada día'. How could I make that more emphatic? Cada individual día?

To add that emphasis, a very natural option would be todos y cada uno de los días, which conveys the idea of “every single day”.

Cada día is perfectly fine, but todos y cada uno de los días makes the repetition much more emphatic.
