Option for Sueter and use of de after parar/dejar

Couldn´t sueter  be a suitable option for jersey?

Also, what is the principal for  "de"  after parar or dejar in the last sentence,  "no parará de reír. "  or is this something  to memorize.

Hola Jerald

"suéter" has been added to the possible correct answers.

As for "dejar de / parar de + infinitive": this is the most common way to say "to stop doing something" - in English it's used with a present participle "doing .." but in Spanish it's always used with the preposition "de + infinitive", a different structure. Here is a lesson on the use of dejar de + infinitive.

Saludos cordiales
