yes you can:
No me gusta que utilices mi barra de labios.
I don't like it when you use my lipstick. (lit: that you use...)
or
No me gusta cuando utilizas mi barra de labios.
I don't like it when you use my lipstick.
But note that if you use "cuando" you need the indicative, not the subjunctive.
