Mistake maybe?

Parece como si hubieses tenidouna pelea con alguien.It looks as if you have had a fight with someone.Doesn’t hubieses tenido mean had had (a fight)? I thought have had is “haya tenido”.

in Spanish como si can never be followed by a tense in the indicative or El Presente de Subjuntivo you have to use the imperfect subjunctive
